


Pediatric dermatologists at UCSF Children's Hospital provide routine and specialized care for infants, children and adolescents with a variety of skin disorders. These include inherited skin conditions, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, disorders of keratinization (ichthyosis), ectodermal dysplasias and congenital or dysplastic melanocytic nevi. Children with hemangiomas and vascular anomalies may be seen in our Birthmark and Vascular Anomalies Center. Laser therapy for vascular and pigmented birthmarks is available.
